I find that the best storage for my yarn is clear plastic bins. I can see what yarn is where without any effort and can sort them out. I’ve got a whole bin of various colours of RHSS for toys!
This~ I’ll post my yarn box later tonight. I have a canvas bag for current projects and the clear bin for all of my yarn!!

Print out your patterns, plus any patterns you want to make. Store them in a binder, sorted in whatever manner you find most pleasing (by type, by priority, by craft, whatever!)
That way when you lose power from an earthquake and hurricane in the same week, you can still work on your knitting or crocheting.
